Truth is, if you asked them personally, I would be pretty sure they would never touch those products themselves. The secret to why those individuals look great is a combination of hard work, genes, going the conventional dieting route in order to get themselves the jobs they are doing (modeling, acting etc), the resulting money they make which they use to hire personal trainers and dieticians, plastic surgery, expensive medical procedures and more. Why those are never promoted on mainstream media as much as “secret dieting methods” are because they are a harder sell, compared to a magic pill and quick fixes which promise how to lose weight without going on a diet.
To cut to the chase though, if you are still searching for that secret or magical formula which allows you to lose weight without going on a diet, there actually is one that exists. It is not really a diet per se, but more of a lifestyle. However, not many people will be willing to take it on, mainly because of all the years of pre-programming they have received from a young age, from those around them, from the mainstream media and medical community and because they are unwilling to even give it a try. By now, you might have realised what this secret diet plan is. Yes, it is a whole foods, plant-based diet. No meat, no dairy, no animal product of any kind. Most would still think this is a diet, but really, it would encompass a lifestyle. Increasing numbers of people all over the world (especially in the western world) are trying it on and finding out that not only do they lose weight easily, they feel healthier doing it this way, gain increasing amounts of energy, feel happier and lighter in everything they do and become more positive – certainly not the after-effects that other ‘more conventional’ dieting methods can boast of. As mentioned earlier, there is no need to spend money on a gym membership or hiring a personal trainer in order for this diet or lifestyle to help you lose weight – you can begin by going out for a walk! You will lose weight and with the extra energy, you will also be able to join your family, friends and loved ones on activities that you previously would have loved to participate, but couldn’t, due to the extra pounds you carried. Start by going on nice long walks and it does not even have to be at a fast pace.
